Important Information

Use this form to register for the 2007 Arid Regions / CASFM Conference at the Beaver Run Resort to be held Sept. 11-14 in Breckenridge, CO. When you submit this form, you will get a confirmation page. Print the page and mail it with your check to the address shown, or now you can pay with a credit card through our Paypal account.  Please note that once you submit this form, you will be registered for the conference, and unless cancelled in accordance with the policy below,  payment will be required. Step 2 - Basic Conference Fees ттт

The basic registration fee includes all written materials, three continental breakfasts, two lunches, refreshment breaks, receptions and the Thursday Banquet Dinner. Please note that all presenters are required to be registered and paid conference attendees.

Step 3 - Membership ттт

There are no membership requirements for conference attendance. This section is included for your convenience so you can add or renew your membership with your conference registration. For Arizona and Colorado, this will add your membership for the 2008 Calendar Year. For New Mexico, your membership will run until April 2008.

Step 4 - Help us Plan the Conference Meals ттт

This section is non-binding and does not affect your conference cost, it just helps us plan accurate meal counts and use conference resources more wisely.

Step 5 - Optional Workshops/Field Trips ттт

Please use this section if you want to take the CFM Exam Refresher Course at the conference or if you plan to attend any of the optional field trips. The Refresher Course fee only covers the costs to provide the review course, space, refreshments, materials, etc. You must register with and pay ASFPM to take the exam at www.floods.org

The New Mexico CFM examination will also be proctored. The NMFMA manages its own certification program which is accredited by ASFPM. If you are interested in taking the New Mexico Exam, please contact Les Bond. Please note that regardless of which exam you take, the refresher course is a separate arrangement. Step 6 - Additional Meals ттт

The Conference Fee includes all meals listed in Step 4.  Meal tickets do not need to be purchased for the registered conference attendee.  If desired, extra meal tickets may be purchased for the attendee's guest (spouse, children, etc) by entering the number of tickets in the appropriate boxes in this section.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelled registrations will be refunded in full through August 28. Registrations cancelled after August 28 through September 4 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after September 4 will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made by contacting Bruce Behrer at 303-988-4939.
