Meeting Announcement To all DNR staff - Corps of Engineers Regulatory Meeting
"Sections 401 and 404 of the Clean Water Act"

Background

The Corps of Engineers will conduct a workshop on "404 Permitting and the role of 401 Water Quality Certification". Anyone interested in learning more about these topics are invited to come. The workshop will be held on April 1st, 2002, in the Centennial Building (1313 Sherman Street Room 318 Denver CO), form 9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m.

Agenda

9:00 - 10:30 Corps will explain the 404 Permitting process .
10:30-11:30 Question and answer period.
11:30 - 1:00 Break for lunch
1:00 - 3:00 Corps representatives will answer questions about specific permits and discuss nationwide permits.
