CUHP/UDSWMM TRAINING

A Training Seminar presented by the

Continuing Engineering Education Division of

The University of Colorado at Denver

AUGUST 5-6, 2004

 Urban Storm Water Modeling

using the

Colorado Urban Hydrograph Procedure

and

UDSWMM

[CUHP-UDSWMM 2000 (latest versions)]

This seminar will emphasize the hands-on operation on the latest version of CUHP and UDSWMM computer models. This two-day seminar covers ten topics, including:

(1)          urban watershed modeling,

(2)          design rainfall statistics and hydrologic losses,

(3)          Colorado urban hydrograph procedure and CUHP model,

(4)          urban drainage storm water management (UDSWMM),

(5)          storm water predictions for single or multiple events,

(6)          storm water predictions for small and large watersheds

(7)          conveyance system modeling (streets/sewers/ditches)

(8)          storage system modeling (detention/retention basins)

(9)          diversion system modeling (flow interception/diversion)

(10)        inflow modeling (pump station flow)

Several workshop sessions will provide hands-on operations with practical design cases.

Enrolment is limited to 30 registrants and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The enrollment fee is $595 per person.
