2013 Colorado Flood Forum

The 2013 Colorado Flood Forum was held February 27, 2014 at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield. The purpose of the forum was to discuss the response and recovery efforts of agencies and communities resulting from the September flooding events in northeast Colorado. The morning focused on the risk, forecasting and historical significance of the storm and the initial response from affected communities. Lunch included a program on integrated flood management. The afternoon focused on the recovery efforts still underway and resiliency of Colorado communities looking forward. Available presentations have been catalogued below. We sincerely thank everyone involved in bringing this valuable forum to reality.
